A rare silver/bronze vintage Nubian anklet, an example can be seen in Azza Fahmy's book Enchanted Jewelry of Egypt. The ankle bracelet is unmarked but tests positive for silver. It is quite hefty weighing close to 200 g. It has geometric knobs made of triangles and squares as seen in Tuareg, Yemeni and Nubian jewelry. The anklet has nice chasing details. My silver tester is not sophisticated enough to distinguish coin silver (900) from sterling (925)...the cuff is one of the two. Inside measures 2 3/8" side to side...1 3/4" up and down...weighs just over 20 grams
