It is not technically a color change gem, but imitates that effect well with its distinct dichroism. Dichroism means it shows one color when viewed in one direction and another when viewed in another. The colors you'll see in Andalusite are salmon-orange and green. Fine Cut = Precision cut or visually imitates a precision cut. These stones have equal and symmetrical faceting with proper cutting angles ("critical angle') and depth. Depth is between 60% and 70% of size listed. Size can vary +-0.1mm.
