Items Not Received Please check your My eBay® page for the delivery confirmation number. There's one on every package we ship.  Also check your Email inbox and spam folder, as we sent you an email with all your delivery confirmation information the day we shipped your item.  Our office hours: 10-4 central time (m-f)  We can  always be reached though eBay Messaging. We are closed Weekends and Holidays.  The post office does not consider a package lost for 20 business days past the ship date. Prior to this amount of time there isn' t much we can do, as far as a claim goes. We have had many items, over the years, show up on the last day prior to being able to file a claim.
