I'd call this a charm, could be a pendant, I suppose. Marked 1996 on the back. It looks as if silver color is either worn or shining through on the toes and edge of tail.
Working clasp. Gold tone accents. I am not a jeweler or an expert on jewelry.Also this item was previously owned and may show signs of normal wear. ~1 1/4" x ~2 1/8".
