MISSISSIPPI Army National Guard Vintage Jewelry Tool Die Stamp Hub ZERO MIJs S1R

here is a vintage "MISSISSIPPI ARMY NATIONAL GUARD" Jewelry stamp tool die hub/hob/mold presumably used to make challenge coins or medallions? The lower portion of lettering states "ZERO MIJs S1R" has the state of Mississippi in center with a large tank in the center, foreground is a dimpled sandpaper like texture to steel by design. top face measures 2 1/2" across bottom shaft is 2" across, height is 2", logo itself is 1 1/2" around. die weighs 2lbs 2.5 oz. there is no damage to the logo or lettering. there is a very tiny pinpoint spot of shiny silver in lower ringed border next to the lower case "S". this could either be a flake of material or a small nick in surface? not sure. very faint orange oxidation in crevices can only be seen in photography and not with the naked eye. please view all pics and read full item condition.
