Each band is 1/4" wide and the tab on the end which attaches to your watch tips is 1/8" wide (3mm). The bands are measured from where the end tab bends, as shown in the photos, to the other end where the tab bends. Use a pair of needle nose pliers to easily install to your tips by closing the tab on each end. Subtract the length of your watch tips and timepiece from your total wrist measurement. This should give you a pretty accurate length for the watch band. You will notice that there are two very similar styles in the photos.
