Vintage 10k yellow gold trilogy ruby and diamond ring. Features three exquisite marquise cut ruby stones. With two small diamond accents on either side of the stones. The diamonds are set in a heart design. All in a 10k trilogy style setting with diamond accents. Stamped on the inside of the band 10K C with a diamond shape.
