Ear Cuff Placement and AdjustmentEar cuffs are most commonly worn on the upper cartilage of the ear.An ear cuff’s opening normally requires some adjustment the first time it’s worn. This involves simply using your fingers to pull it apart or push it together until the opening is just big enough to allow you to slip the cuff onto your ear, but small enough that the cuff will stay there until you take it off.
